Beverage Master

The Cafe QSR Beverage Master will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages according to company recipes, quality standards, and customer preferences. The role requires strong beverage preparation skills, attention to detail, cleanliness, and the ability to maintain efficient service during peak business hours.

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, milkshakes, coolers, and other menu beverages according to standard recipes.

Maintain consistent taste, quality, temperature, presentation, and portion sizes.

Follow beverage preparation procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Operate and maintain beverage-making equipment, including tea boilers, coffee machines, blenders, and other café equipment.

Ensure proper handling, storage, and rotation of milk, tea, coffee, syrups, and other ingredients.

Follow food safety, personal hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.

Manage beverage preparation efficiently during peak hours while minimizing customer waiting time.

Monitor ingredient availability, communicate stock requirements, and help reduce wastage.

Maintain cleanliness of the beverage counter, preparation area, equipment, and service station.

Interact politely with customers, understand their preferences, and resolve routine service concerns.

Follow cash handling, billing, order management, and service procedures where applicable.

Coordinate with kitchen staff, counter staff, and outlet supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Support new beverage launches, menu updates, product testing, and quality checks.

Follow opening, closing, cleaning, and daily operational checklists.
