Job description
Filter Coffee Culture is looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper – Coffee Specialist to assist the Coffee Master in preparing and serving authentic filter coffee and other beverages. The ideal candidate should maintain cleanliness, prepare ingredients, support daily kitchen operations, and ensure quick, hygienic and consistent service to every customer.
Responsibilities
Assist the Coffee Master in preparing filter coffee and other beverages.
Prepare and replenish coffee decoction, milk and other ingredients as required.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee preparation counter and kitchen.
Wash and maintain coffee filters, vessels, equipment and utensils.
Support accurate order preparation and timely customer service.
Monitor ingredient stocks and inform the Coffee Master about replenishment needs.
Follow food safety, hygiene and safe milk-handling practices.
Help with opening, closing and daily cleaning activities.
Work as part of the team to ensure smooth outlet operations.
Follow the quality and service standards of Filter Coffee Culture.
